بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

At our store, we believe in honesty, fairness, and ease in trade, in accordance with Islamic principles. Our return policy is designed to be clear, just, and respectful to both the customer and the seller.

72‑Hour Return Policy (No Questions Asked)

Customers may return eligible items within 72 hours of receiving the product, without being asked any questions, provided that:

• The goods are unused and undamaged

• The item has not been damaged by the customer

• The product is returned in its original condition

• The customer bears the delivery cost

This policy is offered as a gesture of trust and goodwill.

Return Guarantee for Damaged Goods

If a customer receives damaged or defective goods, we offer a full return or replacement guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

• The damage must have been present at the time of delivery

• Proof of purchase must be provided

• Clear photo or video evidence of the damage must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the item

• The customer does not bear the delivery cost

Once verified, the return or replacement will be processed promptly, In shā’ Allāh.

Important Notes

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear after delivery are not eligible for return

• Returns requested after 72 hours of delivery may not be accepted

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
